Large Scale
A growing dimension of my practice involves the development of large-scale commissioned works in close dialogue with art consultants, collectors, and gallerists. These projects—ranging from approximately nine to over twenty feet in height—engage materials such as welded steel, welded aluminum, and wood, often treated with industrial-grade finishes for outdoor installation.
I approach commissioned work as a collaborative research process, one that balances the architectural demands of scale with the conceptual and material integrity of my broader practice. This mode of working allows for a dynamic exchange between site, context, and form, and often results in pieces that function simultaneously as sculptural interventions and spatial propositions.
Despite the monumental dimensions and technical rigor inherent in these installations, I strive to maintain an accessible pricing structure, ensuring that large-scale work remains viable for a range of collectors and public or private environments.
